Dingle Single Malt Batch 1

The nose is elegant and rich with vanilla, fruity notes of red apples, ripe pears, honey, blueberries, dried apricots, and sherried dried fruit, supported by citrus peel, orange blossom, marzipan, and delicate spices like cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, pepper, and dried figs, with hints of mint and a subtle wine-like effervescence.

The palate is creamy and malty with indulgent vanilla, caramel, chocolatey orange chocolate, and dried fruits including raisins, apricots, toffee apples, alongside hot and fiery spices such as black pepper, cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove, with underlying notes of espresso, rhubarb crumble, black tea, and a touch of floral and citrus.

The finish is long and warming, featuring hot fresh ginger, dried leaves, oak, sticky toffee pudding, toffee and chocolate gooeyness, with lingering dried fruit, spices, and a slightly dry woody character.
